1. If your smart phone has any security locking in place enable it immediately. 
2. Wait a month or so and we’ll see apps that clear your data based on user settings.
3. Please let this go before the Federal Courts. The California Supreme Court approved this based on old laws that do not understand new technology. 

I’m not a criminal, but my entire life is on my phone / in the cloud at this point (even my medical records) So why the fuck would I let some police officer casually finger through that data without a court order? What stops him from downloading a copy of my last MRI and then doing God knows what with it?
